Kids Yoga

Designed for kids ages 8-14. Children are encouraged to develop flexibility, confidence, motor skills and body awareness. They will become more familiar with the Yoga practice, technique, alignment and mental focus.

Date: July 13/15/17, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
